### Über den Autor und weitere Mitwirkende

Lisa is an accomplished 'hands on' Lead PMO Consultant with more than 15 years' professional experience working on multi-million pound projects across multiple industries and in both the public and private sectors at local, national and international levels. She is qualified in various industry standards including Prince2, MSP (managing successful programmes), MOP (management of portfolios), and is an ITIL service management expert. She also has significant experience of best practice areas including P3M3 and MoR (management of risk). Her early career was spent as a web developer and SQL database administrator that gives her a unique technical understanding of projects and programmes.
